Kimmie Simon
Worship Center Director
Kimmie directs all areas, programs, and events in the Worship Center. She is the executive producer for all ORU Worship music and material. She is a dynamic and gifted worship leader with a burning passion to exalt Jesus Christ in everything. Kimmie leads, experiences, and teaches Spirit-empowered worship through psalms, hymns, and spirit songs. She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication and her Master's degree in Theology, both from ORU. Kimmie was highly involved in the Worship Center throughout her ORU experience and now enjoys her dream assignment directing the department.

Caleb Marshall
Worship Center Assistant Director
Caleb has the pleasure of serving as the Assistant Director of Worship Center. He joined Worship Center as a freshman in 2015, and he deeply cherishes the relationships and experiences he has had while being a part of this department. Caleb has loved playing the drums ever since he was young and has enjoyed the opportunity to play for ORU Worship. Caleb graduated from ORU with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Theology. Caleb is happily married to his beautiful wife, Hannah. Together they have a passion for worship, discipleship, and seeing believers live confidently in their identity as sons and daughters of God.
Victoria Matthews
Travel & Administrative Coordinator
Victoria serves as the Administrative and Travel Coordinator. She received her Bachelors degree at ORU and is currently pursuing her Graduate degree. With an extensive professional performance background in theater and music, Victoria has received multiple awards and nominations in her craft. She is an artist signed to M.A.N.D.A.T.E. Records Inc., and is touching lives through her music as a singer-songwriter. Victoria has an undeniable heart for younger generations and raising up young worshippers who are fully devoted to Jesus, operating in their true identity, and utilizing their God-given gifts to express Jesus to the world around them. Being one who was captivated by the true presence of God at a very young age, Victoria fervently desires all to experience God personally and intimately.
