Student Staff
All of these positions come together to form the Worship Center Staff who oversee the department as a collective unit through planning and running department events and day-to-day office functions. The core value of this team is people over task.
Office Administrator
This person works with the rest of the office administrators in order to keep Worship Center on track. They are usually the first face people see when they come into the office, so it is important to be kind and professional. Some primary responsibilities will include running the front desk, overseeing the worship center email, tracking team night attendance, and office communication.
Key skills include: clear written and verbal communication, problem-solver, critical thinker, genuine and friendly personality
This person is passionate about organization, structure, service, and efficiency. It is pleasing to this person when things are organized and in their place and when everybody has what they need to do their job well.
Prayer Movement Coordinators
This person works closely with the other coordinators to run prayer movement. Their primary focus is to disciple the prayer movement leaders and equip them to disciple their teams. This person has a heart for the prayer room and ensuring a healthy experience for everyone involved in prayer movement.

This person is passionate about developing others into mature leaders. This person is motivated by positive influence. They find value in watching people fall in love with Jesus and activating the potential in those around them.
Visual Arts Team
This person works with the rest of the visual arts team to create, capture, and post content to promote Worship Center. This team manages the Worship Center Instagram as well as the ORU Worship Instagram. Graphic design, photography, or videography will be utilized on this team based on abilities and the needs of the department.

Creativity, ability to work well individually and with others, graphic design, photography, videography, social media management
This person is passionate about creating. They are driven by expressing the heart of God through art. This person enjoys the process of posting and managing a social media account.
Gear Manager
This position has traditionally been held by one person who will make sure that lowers rehearsal room, prayer tower auditorium, Team Night events, and the ORU Worship travel team has the correct gear and ensures that the gear is in good condition. This person oversees the schedule, cleanliness, and general repairs of lowers rehearsal room.

Problem solver, organized, knowledgeable about music gear and sound, self-motivated
This person is passionate about organization, structure, service, and efficiency. They possess a creative mind with the ability to think quickly on their feet and bring new solutions to the table. This person has a servant’s heart and isn’t afraid to work with their hands.
